iCPSS Risk Score Calculator
International CMML Prognostic Scoring System Lanino L, Hunter AM, et al. Molecular-Based Ecosystem to Improve Personalized Medicine in Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia. In press.

Calculate iCPSS risk scores for Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) using clinical and molecular data. Supports single-patient and batch scoring. Fully client-side — no data leaves your device.

Clinical Parameters
Cytogenetic Risk
Classified according to the CPSS cytogenetic risk categories.
Low: normal karyotype or −Y
Intermediate: any other abnormality
High: complex karyotype (≥3 abnormalities), trisomy 8, or chr. 7 abnormalities
Somatic Mutations

Select mutation status for each gene. Use ? for genes not tested — the score will include a confidence estimate.

ASXL1
DNMT3A
EZH2
RUNX1
SETBP1
STAG2
TET2
TP53
U2AF1
Only validated for patients aged 65–90. Unadjusted score preferred for most clinical uses.

Score an entire cohort at once. All computation runs locally — no data leaves your device.

    Step 1 — Download Template

Download the Excel template, fill in patient data, then upload below.

Required columns: wbc, hb, plt, blasts. Rows missing any of these will not be scored.
    Optional: karyo (0=Low, 1=Intermediate, 2=High), mutation columns (0/1): ASXL1 DNMT3A EZH2 RUNX1 SETBP1 STAG2 TET2 TP53 U2AF1 (blank = unknown; 0 = unmutated; 1 = mutated); id for row labels; sex (1=Male, 0=Female) and age when using demographics adjustment.
    Step 2 — Upload & Compute

Requires sex and age columns. Only validated for ages 65–90.
